Bok Choy

Baby Bok Choy, rinsed and sliced in half lengthwise

sesame oil

salt and pepper - adjust to preference

sesame seeds
Dipping Sauce
1/4
cup
coconut aminos*
1
tbsp
rice vinegar

tbsp
maple syrup (or honey)

tsp
sesame oil

tsp
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Drizzle Bok Choy leaves with sesame oil, massaging into the leaves to evenly distribute. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place bok choy in a single layer in air fryer basket. May need to do in batches.
Set air fryer to 350 for 6 minutes. Shake basket half way through cook time.
While bok choy is in the air fryer, combine all dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl and divide amongst dipping bowls.
Remove bok choy from air fryer, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
*You substitute the coconut aminos with Tamari or Soy Sauce. Coconut aminos has a bit milder favor with less sodium.
