- 3-4 inch Ginger root, organic wash or peel
- 2 Green apples, organic cored and sliced keeping skin on
- 1/2 Pineapple about 2 cups including the core
- 1 Lemon
Gather pineapple, apple slices, and ginger.
Run through the juicer.
Juice the lemon using a lemon squeezer.
If juice has more pulp than desired, pour juice through a mess strainer.
Serve in 1-3 oz shot glasses or small serving glasses.
Store remaining juice in air-tight glass jar in the refrigerator.
