Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 inch Ginger root, organic wash or peel
  • 2 Green apples, organic cored and sliced keeping skin on
  • 1/2 Pineapple about 2 cups including the core
  • 1 Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Gather pineapple, apple slices, and ginger.
  • Run through the juicer.
  • Juice the lemon using a lemon squeezer.
  • If juice has more pulp than desired, pour juice through a mess strainer.
  • Serve in 1-3 oz shot glasses or small serving glasses.
  • Store remaining juice in air-tight glass jar in the refrigerator.
