Blue Spirulina Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plant-based milk, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup, pure
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina

Instructions
 

  • In a medium size bowl, combine milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and blue spirulina. Whisk continuously for 1 minute. Transfer to container and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Divide into small dessert dishes and add favorite toppings. Or layer with plant-based yogurt or cream.
