In a medium size bowl, combine milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and blue spirulina. Whisk continuously for 1 minute. Transfer to container and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Divide into small dessert dishes and add favorite toppings. Or layer with plant-based yogurt or cream.
