Full Flavor Baked Tofu

Ingredients
  

  • 1 block tofu, extra firm, cubed or sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Minced

Instructions
 

  • Cut tofu into one inch cubes or slices. And place in container for marinating
  • Combine rest of ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over tofu and let marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight to have the best results and desired flavor.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Brush a baking sheet with olive oil (or vegetable).
  • Remove tofu form marinated and place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes, flip tofu and bake an additional 10 minutes or until tofu is a golden brown.
  • Enjoy by itself, or on a salad, over rice, or in any stir fry!

Notes

**Note - This recipe is perfect sautéed in a pan or grilled on a griddle. Simple heat the pan over medium heat, and sauté 3-5 minutes, flip and sauté on other side 3-5 minutes or until tofu is a golden brown. 
**Keeps in refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
