Cut tofu into one inch cubes or slices. And place in container for marinating
Combine rest of ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over tofu and let marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight to have the best results and desired flavor.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Brush a baking sheet with olive oil (or vegetable).
Remove tofu form marinated and place on prepared baking sheet.
Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes, flip tofu and bake an additional 10 minutes or until tofu is a golden brown.
Enjoy by itself, or on a salad, over rice, or in any stir fry!
