1.25 cupsBananasmashed, ripe about 2 large or 3 small
1cup Old-Fashoined Rolled Oats
1cupOat Floursee notes
1tspBaking powder
1/4tspSalt
3/4tspCinnamon
1tspVanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie (baking) sheet with parchment paper (or oil sheet)
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add mashed bananas and vanilla to bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth and combined (*if adding chocolate chips or other add-ons, then add here and mix)
Place heaping spoonfuls on prepared sheet and bake 10-12 minutes or until slightly browned.

*If you do not have oat flour and have a food processor - add a cup of oats to processor and blend until flour texture.*Add-ons: chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, or coconut for different variations. Pictured above is a variation adding chocolate chips! Soooo good!
