Honey Dijon Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp creamy dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar (ACV)
  • ½ cup olive oil, extra-virgin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, use a whisk to combine all of the ingredients. 
  • Whisk until combined and texture is creamy. 
  • Transfer to a salad dressing vessel. (I personally use a mason jar to store and serve my dressing).
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Storage:
Store this honey mustard salad dressing in an airtight container (such as a mason jar) for up to two weeks in the refrigerator. When ready to use, give the jar a good shake to mix the ingredients again.
