Instant Pot Dog Food with Beef and Cod

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. stew beef, lean
  • 1 lb. fresh cod
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 1 cup green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2-3 carrots, chopped into 1-2 inches
  • 1 lrg sweet potato, chopped into 1-2 inches
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 5½ cups water

Instructions
 

  • Add water, rice, vegetables, beef, and cod to the Instant Pot.
  • Secure the lid and set it to Pressure Cook (High Pressure) for 18 minutes.
  • Once the cooking time is up, allow a natural pressure release.
  • Open the lid and stir everything together.
  • Allow to cool before serving to your pup.

Notes

Storage:
Store homemade dog food in airtight containers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
For longer storage, freeze in ziplock bags or freezer-safe containers for up to 3 months.
