New England Cabbage and Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 13 Oz Vegan sausage See notes
  • 1 Cabbage, medium shredded
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • 8 Oz Egg noodles Cooked - wide or extra wide
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large deep skillet over meduim high heat.
  • Add sausage and sauté until cooked through.
  • Add cabbage, water and salt pepper. Reduce heat, cover skillet with lid and simmer 5 minutes or until cabbage is wilted and cooked.
  • Add cooked noodles to skillet and stir. Add additional salt and pepper to taste if desired.
  • Enjoy!
