Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 large beet, organic or 2-3 small
  • 2 medium-large carrots, organic or 3 small
  • 1-2 apples, organic

Instructions

  • Began by thoroughly washing your beets, carrots and apple. You can leave skins on when using organic fruit and vegetables as the skins have added nutrients. **
  • Slice or chop the beets, carrots and apple to fit into the shoot of your juicer and run them through your juicer.
  • Optional: run juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any left over pulp.
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy!

Notes

** I highly recommend using fresh organic fruit and vegetables. If this is difficult to achieve, then I would recommend peeling the beets, carrots and apple.
**This recipe makes about 4 one-cup servings.
**The size and amount of the vegetables and fruit is a guide. Adjust to preferences as needed.
