This Fresh Pineapple Salsa combines sweet pineapple, jalapeño, lime, cilantro, and red onion for a bright, refreshing salsa that's ready in just 10 minutes. Perfect with tortilla chips, tacos, or alongside anything you put on the grill!

2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped into small chunks 1 tablespoon Jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and chopped fine ¼ cup red onion, chopped fine ¼ cup cilantro chopped 1 lime - zest and juice ⅛-¼ teaspoon sea salt
Add all of the ingredients to a medium mixing and stir to combine.
This fresh salsa can be served immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
