Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped into small chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and chopped fine
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped fine
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime - zest and juice
  • ⅛-¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a medium mixing and stir to combine.
  • This fresh salsa can be served immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
  • Enjoy!
