  • Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the oats, dried fruit, nuts and seeds.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Add coconut oil mixture to oat mixture and stir until combined.
  • Spread granola on prepared sheet pan and bake 10 minutes.
  • Remove pan, stir granola, place back in oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Cool and Enjoy!

Notes

Storage
Store homemade granola in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 30 days. For best results, use within 2 weeks. Homemade granola can also be stored in the freezer for 3-6 months for longer storage.
