- 2 cups Brown rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup sweet potato cubed, 1-2 sweet potatoes
- 1 cup carrots chopped, 2-3 carrots
- 3 chicken breast, boneless
- 1 cup peas, frozen
- 1 cup chopped spinach, frozen
Place rice, and vegetables in the instant pot.
Add water and stir.
Place chicken breasts on top of vegetables
Secure lid and set valve to seal.
Set Instant Pot to manual for 20 minutes.
Once complete, let natural release.
