Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Brown rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup sweet potato cubed, 1-2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup carrots chopped, 2-3 carrots
  • 3 chicken breast, boneless
  • 1 cup peas, frozen
  • 1 cup chopped spinach, frozen

Instructions
 

  • Place rice, and vegetables in the instant pot.
  • Add water and stir.
  • Place chicken breasts on top of vegetables
  • Secure lid and set valve to seal.
  • Set Instant Pot to manual for 20 minutes.
  • Once complete, let natural release.
