Mix remaining ingredients except for green onions and sesame seeds, in a small bowl.
Then transfer cooked pasta to a large bowl. Add sauce and toss to coat. Add green onions and toss. Top with sesame seeds and serve.

Notes
*For a little more spice, add additional 1/2 tsp chili oil. **As stated in my post, this recipe is made best using angel hair pasta or other thin spaghetti. You can use regular spaghetti or thicker noodle, but the flavor will be less as the thicker noodle will over-power the sauce.
