How to Make Air Fryer Bok Choy
Start by slicing just the very end of the stem of the Bok Choy, so that it still end together. (Pictured)
Then slice in half down the center of the bok choy.
Rinse bok choy thoroughly to remove any hidden dirt as pictured.
Clean the Bok Choy
I prefer to rinse and then soak my bok choy in a large bowl of water for about 10-15 minutes. Swirl the leaves around to ensure any hidden dirt is loosened and will float out to bottom of bowl. After soaking, lift the boy choy out of the water. Rinse again and dry thoroughly in a salad spinner or with paper towels.
Season the bok choy.
Drizzle leaves with sesame oil, massaging into leaves to distribute evenly. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Air Fry
Add prepared Bok Choy in a single layer to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350 for 6 minutes. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of the basket.
While bok choy is in the air fryer, make the dipping sauce by combining all ingredients.
Remove the Bok Choy from the air fryer and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve the Air Fryer Bok Choy with dipping sauce and Enjoy!

Preparing bok choy – I like to soak my baby Bok Choy (actually all my greens) in a large bowl of water. I start by cutting the baby Bok Choy in half. I then swirl the Bok Choy in the water to release any dirt that might be trapped inside the center leaves, rinse and then soak for about 10 minutes. Then lift the Bok Choy out of the water (any particles will sink to bottom), and pat dry. If you have a salad spinner, spin for a few seconds to get out excess water before patting dry.
