It’s that time of year – Holidays and Cranberry Relish Season! Cranberries are in stores and on-sale everywhere, which is nice as I like to grab several extra bags and throw them in the freezer to use later when they are not so easy to find or simple over-prized.

This is our family’s favorite no-fail recipe. Simply chop the cranberries in a food processor along with one peeled orange. Transfer to a bowl, add sugar and lemon juice. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight and your done!

How to make Cranberry Relish

In a food processor, pulse cranberries 1 bag at a time until finely chopped, including orange with last bag. Remove and place in a large mixing bowl. Stir in sugar and lemon juice. Store in airtight container overnight for best results which will allow the flavors to blend.

So simple and easy! And so much better than any store bought kind.
