This Fresh Dill Dip is one of my most requested recipes every summer. Made with fresh dill instead of dried, it has a bright, garden-fresh flavor that’s perfect for vegetables, chips, crackers, or even as a sandwich spread.
This recipe uses just 5 simple ingredients, comes together in about 5 minutes, and makes about 1½ cups of dip. Let it chill for an hour, and the flavors become even better.
If your garden dill is growing faster than you can use it, this Fresh Dill Dip is one of the easiest and most delicious ways to enjoy it.

For a dip that I make almost every week when the dill in my garden is overflowing, I had somehow never photographed it for the blog! People would always ask, “Where’s your dill dip recipe?” and I’d have to admit it only existed on my kitchen chalkboard. This year I finally fixed that, and now I can point everyone here instead.
